February 2026: Feed Revamp, Send with Messages, and Trade Thesis Goes Global

February brought a major redesign to fomo's social feed, a completely new way to send crypto with messages, trade thesis surfacing across the app, and new discovery tools. Here's what shipped.

Feed UI Revamp

The social feed got a major redesign. The new layout makes it easier to scan trading activity, spot interesting moves, and engage with other traders. It's faster to parse and better organized, especially when you're scrolling through high-activity periods.

Trade Thesis Goes Global

Trade thesis, which launched in January on per-token feeds, now appears in the global feed. When a user publishes a thesis explaining why they bought or sold a token, it shows up for everyone to see. You can view, like, and interact with theses directly from the feed, and each thesis displays the trader's PnL and balance for full transparency. It's one of the most requested expansions of our social features.

Send v2: Crypto with Messages

Sending tokens to other fomo users now supports attaching a note and an image. Whether you're tipping a friend, running a giveaway, or just sending someone their first crypto, you can include a personal message with the transfer. All messages go through AI-powered content moderation to keep things clean. Deposit notifications now show USD amounts too, so recipients know exactly what they received.

Price Tracking Since First Swap

fomo now tracks how a token's price has moved since your first purchase. You'll see this in the feed and get notifications about significant price changes relative to your entry. It's a helpful reference point that's easy to lose track of when you're actively trading.

Discovery Updates

• Crypto token filter replaces the old "Verified" filter on the home screen, with a low fees category built in
• Gainers filter on the home screen token list
• Verified badge now appears on the token header in the buy/sell view
• Zora Solana whitelisted as a launchpad
